Ultrasound system for automatic inspection of Gas Cylinders.

ULTRASEN^®-GALE is specifically designed for automatic ultrasonic inspection of seamless steel pressure cylinders with sizes ranging from 100 to 267 mm Ø, 300 to 2000 mm length, integrated in the production line to test 100% of the production. The systems detects both longitudinal and transversal flaws. An extra transducer measure cylinder wall thickness.

The system provide software tools including storage, management and hardcopy reports of calibration, reference cylinders and cylinders as well as connectivity to factory computer network.
